The Erodex range of materials and equipment allows complete flexibility to cater for batch produced repetition electrodes, or plastic mould and forging die electrodes of the 'one off' type

For 3-D electrodes the choice is made between either C.N.C. milling with C.A.M. or copy milling with moulds provided by either the customer or Erodex

Carbon brush manufacture; mechanical carbon seals, bearings and vanes; semi-conductor tooling; hot pressing dies etc. etc. are all produced to the customers drawings

The inspection department is supported by C.N.C. C.M.M. equipment, with full print-out facilities available

Trained sales engineers are also available to visit and discuss with customers, specific requirements and electrode design.
