A range of carbon and graphite are available for Metallurgical Applications, which are suitable for continuous casting of all alloys and for sintering and hot pressing tools are available ex stock. The Erodex machine shop is also available for the production of concast and graphite dies, graphite machiningand moulds.For many furnace and other high temperature applications, we can offer parts made from extruded graphite. Extruded Grades of graphite are ideally suited for many applications including furnace heating elements, fixtures and furniture and insulation. EDM and WEDM raw material, spares, wire and graphite and a finished electrode manufacturing service; metallurgical applications such as con-cast dies and sintering tools; semi-conductor tooling in both purified graphites and silicon carbide; a first class carbon brush manufacturing service. A complete mechanical carbon service for bearings, seals, pump vanes, carbon vanes and other products and vacuum furnace carbon fibre insulation and furniture, all these are part of the Erodex product range.
